Bridge Financing

A short-term financing review for acquisitions, refinance needs, and property transitions with a defined exit strategy.

Program overview

Capital for the next phase.

A bridge request should show why financing is needed now, how the property supports the loan, and how repayment will occur. We assess the current collateral and the plan for moving to a sale, refinance, or another documented exit.

Common financing scenarios

  • Investment-property acquisition
  • Refinance of existing property debt
  • A transition before sale or longer-term financing
