President & Founder
John Harris brings more than 40 years of experience in Southern California real estate, mortgage lending, and financial services. Since beginning his career in 1985, he has facilitated thousands of residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate transactions, building practical expertise in property valuation, loan structuring, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
A lifelong Southern California resident, John brings an established network of professional relationships and direct involvement to each financing review. His approach combines practical solutions for borrowers with disciplined attention to the risks facing private investors.
